This application is only available to licensed Medicare agents to approved participants by the Medicare Sales and Marketing team. The app’s functionality includes the agent’s ability to view home visits (one-on-one’s with a Medicare prospect, at the request of the prospect) and sales seminars (CMS-registered formal events, attendees may register via web/phone, or walk-in). After each home visit or seminar event, the agent would log the results of that event by participant. For example, the prospects enrolls in the plan, doesn’t show for the appointment, etc. If the prospect is a walk-in, the app will allow (with the prospect’s permission) the agent to add the person to that specific event’s registrant list. Other functionality includes (but is not limited to) compliant click-to-call, driving directions, and activity notes. All data is synced real-time with Infor CRM (Saleslogix).
