Important: Access to a Alevate installation in the form of a banking portal or an individual payment factory is required for using this app.

Alevate app is a mobile and secure alternative to Smartcards and card readers, which are currently used to approve payments in many companies. With this app the investments in cards and card readers and the efforts in terms of organisation involved could be avoided completely. Alevate app meets the requirements of two-faktor authentication - at work or mobile. Within a companies closed intranet environment it is possible to sign via WLAN locally, without data passing through the public internet.

After downloading the user pairs the app with a particular Alevate installation, on a basis of strong cryptography. This pairing done via a QR-code displayed in Alevate.
