PatientCoach

PatientCoach consists of an app for patients and a web-application for researchers. PatientCoach enables obtaining outcomes directly from patients and in addition supports telemonitoring and self-management. PatientCoach is developed for several clinical studies in the Netherlands for patients with asthma.

PatientCoach use is not freely available, but can only be used in conjunction with an existing patient account created by a professional for a specific project, see for more information at www.patientcoach.lumc.nl.
