OpenMobile Expenses is a companion app to the award-winning OpenAccounts Financial Management System solution from Advanced.
You can now create expense claim lines on your device , snap a picture of your receipt and add it to the line to improve process efficiency for both the claimant and the approver.
Businesses can define the fields available for each type of claim and any associated policy rules to secure compliance and reduce costs. For example, on mileage expenses you can include ‘From/To Location’ so the system can auto calculate the miles and the policy rule can ask you why you are claiming more miles than calculated.
