ChartMaker Mobile

ChartMaker® Mobile is for medical practice providers. It allows the users to access data from their office practice management or EHR system and view it on their mobile devices. Once registered, providers are able to securely enter charges and view their office schedules, patients' data and daily rounds.

• View patient clinical data including allergies, medications, diagnoses, advance directive status and insurance information
• View office schedule and appointment details
• Enter new patients and charges
• View your offices' daily census and rounding list of patients per facility, with ability to add new patient hospitalizations and discharge patients
• View patient’s results and notes

ChartMaker® Mobile allows the provider the freedom to enter patient charges and stay up-to-date with their office schedules and patients’ data while away from the office.

NOTE: This application requires the user to be first registered through ChartMaker® Medical Suite. Available for use on phone and tablet devices.
