ASTRNT allows companies to host super convenient interviews with video-selfies! Yes, video-selfies! As a candidate, using your unique interview code, you can do the interview whenever you want. Candidates and hiring teams don’t need to travel and the interview process can happen very quickly.

How does it work? After you have installed the app, you need to click on the link or enter the code, found in your invite email from the company. You will then find the interview questions the company has designed for you with an explanation. In the app you can record your video-selfie replies, one question at a time. The company may use the “no-rerecording”feature so be careful and think carefully about your answers. The replies are strictly confidential and can only be seen by the company.
