Squeeze Day

Squeeze Day is a service that reminds women to check their breasts regularly. Choose a date for your self-examination inside the app. You will receive a reminder via your phone on that date each month. The app also includes instructions on the best way to check your breasts.

Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer among women in Sweden. Early detection can save lives. So getting to know your breasts well and checking them regularly is a good habit to have.

Squeeze Day is provided by Bröstcancerförbundet and is available in Swedish, Arabic, English, Farsi, Somali and Turkish.
