Through The Review Solution app, customers receive a text from the business and submit their review directly to Better Business Bureau (BBB). The customer review is pre-verified and, once it has been processed by the local BBB office, is published on the business's BBB Profile. Getting online BBB customer reviews is as easy as sending a text message.
