About HearO a Cordio App
HearO a Cordio App® is a software device that is intended for use by qualified health care practitioners and Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) patients, under the supervision of a health care practitioner, in the home environment, for the recording, storage, transmission, display and analysis of a predefined set of voice utterances.
HearO a Cordio App® analyzes these utterances to detect changes in the patient's recorded voice relative to baseline and to direct the health care practitioner's attention to remotely monitored CHF patients that may be at an increased risk for hospitalization due to a predicted impending decompensation period. HearO™ a Cordio App does not provide any diagnostic information, and its results are not intended to be used as a stand-alone basis for clinical decision-making.
