Much more than just mindfulness exercises and nature sounds, The Chill Factory is produced by Jordan Friedman and The Stress Coach, pioneers of tested and effective stress relief resources used by Harvard University, Johnson & Johnson, and many more stressed organizations and individuals worldwide.
