Introducing a brand new, simplified and minimized Alive5 mobile app. We’ve redesigned and rebuilt this to work better for Agents on the go who want to accept live chat requests and answer customers via SMS/Text Messaging. Many issues were resolved where the chat conversations would not load in real-time, and also some phone versions had issues accessing the textarea to send messages.
