Procountor Mini

Procountor Mini is a light version of Procountor that helps to handle company’s financial management on the go. Creating a travel or expense invoice, invoice verification and approval as well as send receipts can be done quickly and easily on your smartphone. Procountor Mini makes it possible to track not only travel and expense invoices but also salary slips and receipts. Log in with Procountor username and password and the app is ready to use.

Create an travel invoice easily while travelling by marking down the travel places, kilometers, expenses and free meals. Location tracking gives you the place and kilometer information automatically. Procountor Mini calculates domestic and foreign daily allowances according to your travel places. You can use purchase currency for marking expenses, and the app calculates the sum to accounting currency.

Now you can also send receipts from your mobile phone to Procountor! With Mini you can add multiple pictures, pdf attachments and different currencies to be used later when creating travel- or expense -invoices in Procountor. We will continue releasing new exciting features also in the future.
