SMARTkontroll is an app for inspection of properties. The inspection generates a maintenance plan where you can effectively see what needs to be done and how the property 'is doing'.

SMARTkontroll is used for inspection of:

– Residential Properties
– Apartments
– Pre-Schools
– Schools

This app is only available for companies and organisations that are customers of SMARTkontroll. To be able to login customers needs a user account.
