You can put stickers on top of messages or another stickers as many as you like. To do that you need to push and hold sticker in bottom window and then put it anywhere you want (as long as it's another sticker or message). Have fun with this great iMessage feature!
Also you can rotate and change size of the stickers: to do that you need to push and hold sticker and add another finger on screen to make it happen.
