VendSys Mobile X allows your route drivers to service machines using mobile devices. The app requires a subscription to VendSys VMS to work. Features include:
- View today's schedule of accounts to visit
- Display which machines are scheduled at each location and whether to service or collect
- Enter product inventory such as fills, waste or product returns
- Take an inventory of the machine
- Collect the coins and bills and assign a cash bag # by scanning its barcode
- Enter additional cash movements for coin changer or bill recycler
- Read the DEX audit from the vending machine using Bluetooth
- Service cash meter only machines and bill changers
