UPM Raflatac is leading the industry with RafCycle®, an innovative recycling concept that reuses pressure sensitive label waste to create new materials.
RafCycle takes self adhesive label byproducts that would otherwise be incinerated or landfilled and gives them new life. RafCycle reduces landfill waste and also provides numerous benefits to printers, packers, other label industry participants and, of course, the environment.
The UPM RafCycle app can be used to manage the RafCycle logistics chain:
- Create and manage inventory locations.
- View current and all-time inventory statistics.
- Scan unique QR-codes and validate their authenticity.
- Create new inventory transactions using unique QR-codes.
