Care Visit Verification and Patient Service Notes. Only works with the Careficient Agency Management system.

Agencies Caregivers may enter and upload Service Notes for Patients that are on their schedule. Users may also view Patient Facts reports and enter and update misc forms. User may use the EVV Start and Stop functions for Visit Verification to log their location of service. This EVV logging is a Federal and State requirement for Medicare and Medicaid services. No tracking is performed without the users consent via selection an ICON to activate and deactivate. Continued use of GPS can dramatically decrease battery life. User controls all access to this EVV functionality.
