99.5 Coyote Country, Quincy's 100,000 watt Country leader WCOY is a 100,000 watt Country radio Station based out of Quincy, Illinois. In 1998, the STARadio Corporation group purchased five stations in the Quincy, IL and Hannibal, MO area. In 1999, the station changed to a country hit music format known by the moniker " Coyote Country"
