In just a few taps, anyone with an iOS device and security rights can request any kind of service from any department in your healthcare organization. Examples of requests include, but are not limited to:
- Equipment Delivery
- Equipment Repairs
- Facilities Repairs
- Pharmacy Orders
- Courier Service
- Environmental Services
- Patient Transport
- Soiled Equipment Pickup

Once a ticket is created, Mainspring’s ServiceLink application triages the ticket to an available worker based on preconfigured credentials, and the user making a request will be notified on all relevant status updates.
