Interactive Assist

The Quantum Interactive Assist app gives the client a way to allow a technician remote access to the wheelchair’s full diagnostics information in real time. The connection provides the technician with full system and diagnostics information along with tools, such as a real-time mirror image of the wheelchair’s display, to aid in reducing service trips.
