CDC Connects

CDC Connects allows parents to view and engage with their child’s Individual Learning Pathway (ILP) goals generated from assessment by the Child Development Centre (CDC). The purpose is to increase parents’ engagement with their child’s ILP goals at home and to keep track of their child’s overall developmental progress.

This App provides the following features:

- View child's assessed goals with video tutorial
- Book Parent Review meetings
- Receive CDC announcements
- Download child's assessment reports.
