The Sunshine Coast Ambassador App is a mobile first lead registration and marketing solution for Invest Sunshine Coast. It features a custom integration with HubSpot, enabling all prospect data to be captured and stored for future nurturing.
Once the prospect’s details are entered, an SMS is sent containing a link to download an updated version of the Invest Sunshine Coast app.
This lowers many of the barriers Ambassadors are faced with when engaging with new prospects in more traditional ways such as business card exchanges. It also provides the opportunity for all leads to be stored and nurtured in a centralised CRM, enabling future marketing opportunities and push notifications.
