QwikSpec is a cross-platform application that enables real estate developers and construction companies to streamline the construction process to save time and money by optimizing the use of resources, accelerating approvals and decisions. It includes a mobile app for Engineers on-site to automate workflow across Structural, Finishing, Snagging, Handover, and Interiors. Using the application provides customers with auto-generated project progress reports, observation summary reports, task reports, and real-time management dashboards.

QwikSpec is the entry level version of the product. It's a simple and powerful tool with basic features and functionality that allows tracking of project progress, quality, and safety issues.
