It allows employers to crowdsource recruitment to individuals - so called Talent Matchmakers - who are equipped by powerful tools such as this mobile application and able to refer jobseekers to the open positions advertised on Talentuno. MatchMakers are paid a commission for this activity in case of a successful referral and they can manage all their candidates, applications, invitations and request pay-outs through the platform.
