MciService, This App written by MaddenCo, Inc., the writers of "The Tire Dealer System" allows tracking of Road Service calls from dispatched to completed. The driver has the capability to change his status from customized statuses such as Dispatched, En-Route, On-Site to Job Complete. The app will also allow the Service Tech to fill out forms, take pictures and capture signatures. All are associated and emailed with invoice.
