Pywnwheel Tour allows you to tour apartment rental properties that have signed up for this service solo! Pynwheel Tour is used by tenants and landlords to help people tour properties to find the best apartments to live in. You get a property map with step-by-step directions and information about the apartment community as you walk the property. Take notes, add photos, and share your tour with friends! How it works:

- Download the app and agree to the user terms and privacy policy
- You will be prompted to enter your name and email address. This will only happen the first time you use it.
- Type the name of the apartment property that you want to tour in the search bar.
- If the apartment community that you want to tour does not appear, make sure you let the property know that they need to complete their free setup
- You may be prompted to upload a photo of your ID and a photo of your self for security purposes
- Next, follow the easy step-by-step map-based instructions to begin your tour of the apartment property! You'll see photos and information for each stop.
- Take photos and add notes for anything that you want to remember as you tour the property and visit apartments
- Interested? You can check availability and apply right from the app!
- When you're done, share your tour with friends!
