About SMS(订户管理系统)
SMS (Subscriber Management System) is a mobile terminal tool provided for digital TV operation and maintenance personnel. Using this tool, operation and maintenance personnel can recharge renewal of expired cards, add a new subscriber, and allocate subscriptions for subscribers. Ordered products, record the information of fees that have been charged, authorize the management of charged cards, scan the barcode to recharge.
SMS (Subscriber Management System) contains the following functions:
1. Recharge a specific internal card number by calling the system SMS application.
2. Scan the barcode to quickly fill the internal card number and recharge card number.
3. Interact with the background database and quickly register a new subscriber.
4. Operate the order properties of the product to be ordered and record the cost information for it.
5. Authorize and deauthorize the card-opening information under the subscriber's name.
