Doctor App shows all the patient assigned to a Doctor with following features:
1. Lists all the Under IP Patients (Status - 'Under IP Care', 'Discharge Intimated', 'Marked for Discharge')
2. Search Option from Patient List based on Patient Name, MRN & Mobile No.
3. Display the Ordered Services along with Ordered Date & Tariff.
4. Add/Edit Additional Services & Tariff to the patients admitted under the Logged In Consultant.
