Prescriptions if needed are sent directly to pharmacy of your choice. Get care without leaving home or work. CareConnect InstaVisit is available 9 AM till 8 PM, 7 days a week.

Acne, Allergies, Asthma, Bladder Infection, Bronchitis, Constipation, Cough/Cold/Congestion, Pink eye/Conjunctivitis, Diarrhea, Earache, Fever, Flu, Headaches/Migraine, Insect bites, Nausea/Vomiting, Rash, Sinus problems, Sore throat, Stomach flu, Stomach ache, Urinary Tract Infection and many other common illnesses.

InstaVisit Not Available for Medicare, Medicaid and Tricare Patients:
Due to regulatory restrictions, we are prohibited from providing InstaVisit (virtual visit) to individuals covered under a federal insurance program, such as Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Medicaid CMOs (PeachState, WellCare, Amerigroup, CareSource) or Tricare.
Insurance Coverage:
We cannot accept insurance for InstaVisits (Virtual Visit). However, you may check with your insurance carrier to determine whether your visit fee can be applied to your deductible.
Medical Expense Reimbursement:
Typically, the virtual visit fee is a qualified expense for a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA) or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). Please check with your insurance plan for reimbursement of the InstaVisit fee.
