Handycash is a free app for carrying electronic cash that could be used for daily purchases using your smartphone.
You load cash onto your smartphone using a “loading station” or at a cash register that supports the Handycash system (hardware & software). You spend it on vending machines or cash register that supports the Handycash solution like regular cash. Your smartphone will record your purchases and you always have full transparency on your spending.
Handycash provides the anonymity of physical cash using the convenience of your smartphone. No personal information is exchanged during the operation of the app. In fact, the only personal information we require during the registration process for legal reasons, is your mobile phone number. No name, no birthdate, no bank or credit card information, no nothing - you get the point.
