vitalera® is a telemedicine application that allows doctors to remotely monitor their patients. It benefits from a simple and intuitive interface, adapted to patients of all age ranges to offer them the comfort of using it from anywhere.

WHAT ARE THE FUNCTIONALITIES OF THE APP?
The functionalities of the App are:
- To provide healthcare professionals with a tool that allows them to remotely monitor patients.
- Establish a secure communication channel between the healthcare professionals and the patient.
- To detect, through a notification system, if the patient's condition is worsening, and to be able to take medical decisions based on this evidence.
