Lenovo Smarter Support App is a Global enabled App. It enables field technicians to track service work orders, identify customer locations, update service work order status, upload photos and log down service repair notes. This app can provide real-time service delivery status for all customers.

Only Authorized Lenovo Field Technicians with registered account log in can access the App functions. For Authorized technicians, please contact your field service leaders for password log in.
