Flame is a data collection app used by the NCGASA to provide data on Stripers, Sturgeon, Salmon, and SteelHead that its members catch during the spring season. If you are a California Fishing Guide and are approved to use this app then the NCGASA will provide you with a Guide Code so you can start using it.
