HOW DO I START?
1. Start by downloading and installing Terapial app.
2. Press the “Get Started” button and signup using your email address. You will be asked to create your own private username and password.
3. Answer a few questions about yourself to help us identify your needs.
4. Choose a subscription. All our plans are priced at a fraction of the cost of traditional therapy.
5. You will be presented with several licensed, experienced therapists to choose from.
6. Start messaging your therapist.
