The founder - Kai Pang, has been in the catering business for over 25 years.
The concept of Mi Rice is simple - offer something different and unique to Southampton, at an affordable price. Kai has applied his knowledge and experience to create a mouthwatering Ramen, Pho and Udon noodle dishes and rice cooked in a stone pot (which is a Fusion Korean technique.)
Stone pot rice is served with various vegetables and meat toppings which comes in a hot sizzling stone pot.
All of dishes are cooked to order and carefully sourced to create tasty dishes. We welcome special dietary requirements, and offer a vegetarian, vegan and gluten free menu.
