Niyama Yoga Studio is an APP that facilitates your ability to attend classes or book private appointments at Niyama Yoga Studio. This APP makes viewing our schedule simple and user friendly. Niyama Yoga Studio is a wellness studio with two locations; Randolph NJ and Sparta NJ. We offer a variety of yoga styles in both non-heated and heated environments as well as barre fusion, pilates, yogalates, HIIT programming and Iyengar Ropes Method. We also offer private Ayurvedic Counseling, Reiki Healing Sessions, Thai Yoga Bodywork and Yoga Therapy.
