Most of us struggle with self confidence or self worth issues and Our Self-Reflection App is designed so that you can easily take a few minutes each day to check in with yourself. Our videos are approximately three minutes long and conclude with three questions you can reflect on in your digital journal. We also provide video affirmations, ambient sounds and inspirational quotes to help keep you present throughout the day.
