WoundDoc

The purpose of this app is to contact the treating physician via a mobile device and send data about the progress of the wound.

Using this app the patient or wound treatment personnel (nurse) can provide detailed data as well as images about the condition of the wound. The app uses e-mail to send the collected data directly to the physician (wound care specialist, and optionally to the family physician of the patient).

The Wound Questionnaire prepared by the app assists in completing the official documentation of the wound.
