Card Meditation

Card Meditation is intended to support you in learning how to express yourself using the language of universal needs. Based on the principles of mindfulness and nonviolent communication, we have created cards in English, Chinese, French and German to support you through Journaling, Self-Coaching Process and Inspiration, as a personal diary or as a way of enhancing communication with your child.
