MySFS

MySFS enables residents and businesses to quickly submit a request for service, seek useful information and to provide comments to the City.  When submitting a service request to the City, it will be routed directly to the appropriate City Department for immediate action.  This means that your request will be responded to quickly and efficiently by City staff.  MySFS will allow you to check on its status throughout the process, receive comments, and notify you the instant the issue is resolved.
