Good Days Reimbursement

The Reimbursement App is for patients that have enrolled in a program from Good Days, a 501(c)(3) non-profit advocacy organization that provides resources for live-saving and life-extending treatments to people in need of access to care. Enrollees can use this app to submit their request for reimbursement for covered expenses.
