Ozzi makes it easy to track your ostomy outputs, urine outputs, and gives you personalized notifications to manage your hydration status.
As you go about your day, just enter the amounts of stool you empty from your ostomy, and, if you are able, enter the amounts of urine you void throughout the day.
Then, the next morning, you will receive a personalized notification from the app based on your recordings from the prior day. This may include increasing your hydration, taking your prescribed stool thickening medications, and/or seeking immediate medical attention if your recorded outputs are concerning.
