Subscription details:
Your Subscription Service starts when it is activated through the FallCall Detect App. Service will remain in effect for a minimum of one (1) month from the date of activation after which it may be terminated by either you or FallCall Solutions for any reason. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime with your iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

***As with all location-based services, it may not always be possible to determine your location. Multi-level buildings, parking garages, & even dense urban areas can make it difficult for satellites & cell phone towers to locate your exact location.

FallCall Detect is not a replacement for 9-1-1. If 9-1-1 is necessary, FallCall Solutions recommends calling 9-1-1 directly.
