Tracking sleep, nutrition, hydration, exercise, stress management and toxins (alcohol, smoking/vaping) in a single framework, Zone-Up applies behavioural psychology to guide users to a healthier and happier lifestyle.
Zone-Up calculates a single Lifestyle Health Quotient score based on six lifestyle health factors and a Quality of Life score based on mood and energy levels.
It provides a personalized Plan for improving these factors over time using nudge techniques.
Users can set dedicated Challenges to Lose Weight, Sleep More, Exercise More or reduce Alcohol.
A History section provides Calendars and Graphs to display user data including averages and a 1 month, 3 month or 12 month look back.
The User Interface is structured as a multi-level game where users progress from Zone to Zone based on their daily check in data. Each Zone is slightly harder than the last to complete.
Initially free to use, subscription options will be introduced.
