Embratel ID offers true and secure passwordless authentication Embratel certified Apps. It eliminates legacy authenticators with code generation, delivering frictionless SCA (Strong Customer Authentication), and improving security.

The authentication via Embratel ID improves digital security by protecting user account with a single login step. Safe and with no need for codes or extra authentication factors, eliminating the chance of password compromise and side vulnerabilities connected to it.

IMPORTANT: EmbratelID only validates QR Codes integrated with Embratel API.


TURNING IT ON

To turn on ID for your Embratel account:

1. Download Embratel ID to your mobile device.
2. Log in with your Sikur account.
3. Create a PIN number with 6 numbers.
4. Confirm your PIN number.
5. Activate your biometrics (recommended)
6. Click on Authenticate and scan the QR Code of Sikur certified products (e.g., https://connect.embratelhub.com.br)
