About Docuvitals
Docuvitals app is meant to work in conjunction with the remote health monitoring devices and Docuvitals portal at caregiver's end which provides a connection between patient’s health data and caregivers. Docuvitals app
displays the reading collected by the remote monitoring devices and sends them to caregivers to receive alerts from the patients.
The Docuvitals app records patient's health data with the help of the remote monitoring devices at the comfort of patients home. Docuvitals app and accompanied devices, record baseline measurements of blood pressure, oxygen
saturation, pulse, weight, and blood glucose, etc. Acceptable measurement changes and limits
are also recorded on a per-patient basis.
Messaging with caregivers about how the patient feels together with readings from the remote monitoring devices are reviewed within the app.
