Scribe EPR has been designed with ambulance crews in mind and models the layout of existing paper patient records that crews are familiar with. Forms include Patient Care Record, Minor Injuries Patient Record, Drugs Bag Audit, Vehicle Audit and many more.
Forms are uploaded to the Docworks Portal for review and reporting.
