About IoT eSIM
This App makes Consumer IoT a reality. Until now it has been necessary for an IoT service provider to supply both the device and the connectivity. At last using CoSpeed technology it is now possible for the end user to source both the connectivity and the device through separate channels in the open market.
Are you a device manufacturer and want to make use of the vast selection of mobile plans that are available for devices equipped with eSIMs? All you have to do is incorporate the CoSpeed provided IoT Profile Assistant ( IPA ) into your device so that your customers can use this App to download eSIM plans.
The App scans any GSMA compliant eSIM QR code and downloads the profile into your IoT device. There is no requirement for the device to have any I/O functionality e.g. keyboard, screen, camera. Your device need not support bluetooth or wireless connectivity. All that is required is that the IPA is embedded in your OS and that a CoSpeed provided eUICC is used. This can either be embedded on your board or be a removable plastic SIM card.
