ProMedix self-monitoring app collects patient physiological data through a wireless connection & transmits the data to a secure software platform for assessment by clinical staff at our virtual care center, primary care providers and hospitals. The app allows for interaction and secure communication between patients, their care team and primary care providers.
ProMedix software & mobile app empowers patients and caregivers to remain independent and active in their health with condition-specific education, symptom surveys and automated provider communication tools. Utilize ProMedix platform across all patient populations to improve patient care, outcomes and connection with patients and caregivers.
You need to be enrolled in to one of ProMedix Care Plans to use this app.
This app allows your primary care physician to access your private health data. All users of this app should not make any medical decisions without your doctor’s advice in addition to using this app.
The medical hardware used in conjunction with the ProMedix Health Mobile App is registered by the FDA for jurisdiction in the United States of America, which includes all 50 states, plus Puerto Rico.
Promedix App is not a replacement for your telephone and can't be used for emergency calls. If you are not feeling well contact your physician or call 911.
