SOWN provides innovative solutions so adults 50+ lead independent, healthy lives and age in place in their homes and communities. SOWN serves grandparent-headed families and vulnerable older adults in the Greater Philadelphia region.

This is an app for Older Adults to join a community, connect with each other, access community resources, build digital literacy and skills, and attend SOWN community events.
